Eligibility:
1. ME/M.Tech with 55% marks or equivalent PhD (engineering).
2. Master of Science with 55% marks or equivalent PhD (Science).
3. GATE Score card
4. Certificate of UGC-CSIR NET
5. Final semester applicants are also eligible
6. During interview final year mark sheet is essential.

M.Tech Program
Eligibility:

2. Master of Science with 55% marks or equivalent PhD (Science).
3. GATE Score card not required.
Age Criteria:
1. Applicant’s age will not exceed more than 26 years as on date July 1st 2013.
2. Reserved applicants got relaxation.
