Eligibility:
- M. Tech. in Engineering & Technology disciplines with 60% marks.
- Applicants done their B.Tech. From IITs minimum 7.5 CGPA.
- Applicants have Additionally MCA/ M.Sc degree holders from NITs/ IITs with minimum 7.5 CGPA.
- M.Phil degree holder is also eligible to apply.
- Final year applicants are also eligible to apply.

- If applicants are working then applicants have to submit their “No Objection Certificate”.

M.Tech Program.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must pass at least 60% marks in relevant field from government recognized university like Institution of Engineering (India)/ Institute of Chemical Engineering/ Aeronautical Society of India/Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering/ Indian Institute of Metals etc.
- 5% for SC/ST as reservation in marks.
- Applicants having a CPI / CGPA score of 8.00 they no need of GATE score card.
- They admitted to M.Tech under RA / TA positions through written test /interview.
M.Tech + PhD Program.
