MOIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2013

1.    MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MARKETING)    : 2 POSTS ( 2 GEN )
i)    Degree in from aRecog.Univ./Instt.
ii)    MBA with specialization in in Marketing Mgmt. from a recog.Umv./Instt. iii)    Age below 30 years (can be relaxed under Govt.guidelines) iv)  Training period : One year. During training period a consolidated amount of
Rs. 16400/- per month will be paid, v).  On successful completion of the training and only after ascertaining their utility in the Company, the Management may regularize them in the regular pay scale of Rs. 16400-40500/- ( E-01). The CTC would be around Rs.6.22 lakhs at minimum basic.
B.    MANAGEMENT TRAINEE(MATERIALS ): 3 POSTS (1 OBC, 2 GEN)
i)    Graduate from a Recog.Univ./Instt.preferably in Engg.Discipline.
ii)    MBA
iii)   Age below 30 years (can be relaxed under Govt.guidelines)
iv) Training period : One year. During training period a consolidated amount of
Rs. 16400/-per month will be paid, v). On successful completion of the training and only after ascertaining their utility in the Company, the Managementmay regularize them in the regular pay scale of Rs. 16400-40500/-(E-01). The CTC would be around Rs.6.22 lakhs at minimum basic.
