INDIAN POST PA/SA POSTS PAPER II RESULTS 2013, Selection List
Kindly refer to this office Notification No. Rectt/R-8/Direct Quota/2012 dated 09-08-2012 for direct recruitment of Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants and PA SBCO Assistants .
2. Final merit list for the above categories was received through the Dte’s letter No. A-34012/05/2011-DE (Part) dated 30-09-2013 along with the dossiers of the candidates in merit list . The allotment of candidates as per merit listare sent herewith for enabling Divisions / Units to intimate further action . The detailed instructions for appointment of the candidates selected in the merit list for recruitment as PA / SA and PA SBCO are given below:
(i). The selection is based on the details furnished in their OMR application and also based on the declaration .Therefore , it is incumbent on the part of the Head of the Divisions / Units for obtaining the required testimonials in support of age , educational qualification , study of local language / Hindi in matriculation level. In case of SC/ ST / OBC candidates , Community certificate in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority has to be obtained and verified . In respect of Ex- Serviceman obtaining of the discharge certificate issued by the Military Authorities is a must. The selection of the candidate is subject to fulfillment of all the conditions prescribed in the Notification and also as per the Recruitment Rules and Instructions issued from time to time .
