Raman Science Centre at Nagpur is an interactive science center affiliated with Mumbai`s Nehru Science Centre. The center was developed to promote a scientific attitude, portray the growth of science and technology and their applications in industry and human welfare, and hold science exhibits.The centre is named after famous Nobel Prize winner Indian physicist Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman. The Raman Science Centre was inaugurated on 7 March 1992 and the planetarium was started on 5 January 1997.

Technician ‘A1: 01 Post (Reserved for OBC) in the
trade of Carpentry
Pay Band: PB- 1, Rs. 5200-20200/- & G.P. Rs. 1900/- plus allowances as per Govt, of India rules. The total emoluments at the start as on date – Rs. 16,540/-
Essential Qualification & Experience: Matriculation with certificate from Industrial Training Institute or equivalent in the trade of Carpentry with 1 year relevant experience after obtaining the ITI certificate. If the ITI course duration is less than 2 years, 2 years relevant experience after obtaining Certificate is essential.
