8.1  FOR MEDICAL OFFICER (MBBS post): The MBBS Degree of a statutory University or any other qualification as specified in the First or Second Schedule appended to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956);
8.2   FOR MEDICAL OFFICER (specialty posts): The Post Graduate Diploma or Degree of a Statutory University in Pediatrics or General Surgery or General Medicine or Gynecology or Anesthesia or Psychiatry or Ophthalmology or Orthopedics or E.N.T. or Radiology or Pathology or Chest & TB physician or Dermatology or Degree for Blood Transfusion or in any other Specialty as specified in the First or Second Schedule appended to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956);
8.3  The candidates should have completed their internship on or before 1st October, 2013.

12.2     Applicants are firstly required to register online, note down the login ID and password generated by the system, print the SBI challan for payment of application fee. After making payment of application fee in any branch of SBI, applicant will login and fill rest of the form and take a print-out of duly filled application form and attach an affidavit and attested xerox copies of required documents as mention in application form.

Application Fees Details
a.    For Open category candidates   – Rs.500/- (plus Rs. 25 Bank charges)
b.    For Backward Class candidates – Rs.300/- (plus Rs. 25 Bank charges)

c.    The fee should be paid through SBI challan mode only.
